Being a lawyer myself, I do feel everybody needs a lawyer to close, for a
couple hundred dollars you get an experienced attorney to look over your
shoulder as you sign sheet of paper after sheet of paper. Do you need to
spend THOUSANDS on a real estate agent, Heck No!. I decided that for $500 it
was worth it to try out this listing service. It was quick and easy to list
my property, my agent answered ALL of my calls promptly. I had 12 showings
in three days and signed a contract on day three! And just so you don't
think I priced my house to low, the buyers tried to get a mortgage for over
asking price and the bank said no, the bank appraised the house at exactly
asking price. I SAVED $7500 on commission. I would do it again his way in a
heartbeat.

I didn't know what level of service to expect for the flat fee I paid. However, throughout the process Quin's service continually exceeded my expectations. Quin was very accessible for questions (of which I had many). He usually picked up the phone on the first ring and if he wasn't available, he returned the call very quickly and with good advice. I dealt with a lot of buyers' commissioned agents during the process of selling my house and in my opinion, Quin provided much better service to me than those agents were providing to their clients. I am a believer.

We are telling EVERYONE about your wonderful service. This was so much better than going with an agent and having to pay him/her the extra commission. We are only paying the realtor who actually sells our house. We were able to do whatever marketing our agent did, and to much better avail. We were listed with him for almost 10 months and went through an horrendous experience. We sold in about 60 days (in the worse time of the year also) and got more showings in 60 days than we did in 10 months with the agent. We also had a little leverage with the selling agent. After all, we did not have an agent and did need one to get into houses to buy.

If we ever sell again, this is the way we would go. It's the best of both worlds!!!
